摘要
采用液体石蜡对58^(#)石蜡进行物理改性,并借助复合乳化剂吐温-60、司潘-80制备高固含量蜡乳液。利用单因素法考察了配方组成、乳化时间、乳化温度和搅拌速度对高固含量蜡乳液性能的影响,确定了水、58^(#)石蜡、液体石蜡、司潘-80和吐温-60的最佳质量比为30/16.8/7.2/2.4/3.6,得到了最佳制备条件为:乳化温度108℃、乳化时间6 min、搅拌速度1400 r/min。
A high solid content wax emulsion was prepared with 58^(#)paraffin wax and liquid paraffin wax as the raw material,Span-80 and Tween-60 as the emulsifier.Effects of formulation,emulsifying time,emulsifying temperature and stirring speed on the property of wax emulsion were studied by single factor method,and the best preparation conditions were determined as follows:water/58^(#)paraffin wax/liquid paraffin wax/Span-80/Tween-60(mass ratio)=30/16.8/7.2/2.4/3.6;emulsifying time,6 min;emulsifying temperature,108℃;stirring speed,1400 r/min.
