摘要
木质素是木质纤维素的主要成分,是目前自然界中芳环含量最多且能代替化石燃料的可再生资源,具有巨大的潜力,可作为生产生物基产品的原料。但由于木质素复杂的高分子结构,这种芳香生物聚合物的高值化利用成为一大难题。针对这一难题,如何降解木质素是一项很有意义的研究工作,其中通过催化降解可以得到较高产率的产品。本文综述了木质素的催化降解方法,主要包括氧化法、还原法、氧化还原中性法等,以及木质素在高分子材料、防晒产品、造纸工业等方面的实际应用,并对木质素的应用前景进行了展望。
Lignin,a major component of lignocellulose,is currently the renewable resource with the largest aromatic ring content in nature and can replace fossil fuels.It has huge potential and can be used as a raw material for the production of bio-based products.However,due to the complex polymer structure of lignin,the high-value utilization of this aromatic biopolymer has become a major problem.In view of this problem,how to degrade lignin is a significant research work,in which products with higher yield can be obtained through catalytic degradation.This article reviews the catalytic degradation methods of lignin,including oxidation,reduction,redox neutralization and so on,as well as the practical application of lignin in polymer materials,sunscreen products,paper industry and so on.Finally the potential applications of lignin are prospected.
