经阴道联合经腹超声检查对妇产科疾病的诊断价值探讨

Practical value of transvaginal combined with transabdominal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of obstetrics and gynecology diseases

目的探讨妇产科疾病患者采用经阴道联合经腹超声检查的应用价值。方法180例妇产科疾病患者作为研究对象,按照入院时间顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组90例。对照组患者采用经腹超声检查,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合经阴道超声检查。观察两组患者病理检查结果和诊断结果,比较两组患者疾病检出率和诊断满意度。结果观察组患者病理检查结果为异位妊娠45例、黄体破裂16例、盆腔炎14例、子宫肌瘤9例、卵巢囊肿蒂扭转6例;对照组患者病理检查结果为异位妊娠41例、黄体破裂19例、盆腔炎12例、子宫肌瘤10例、卵巢囊肿蒂扭转8例。观察组患者疾病检出率为97.78%,明显高于对照组的87.78%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者诊断满意度评分为(18.05±0.62)分,高于对照组的(16.94±0.51)分,差异具有统计学意义(t=13.117,P=0.000<0.05)。结论对于妇产科疾病患者采用经腹超声检查具有一定的诊断效果,但误诊率较高,容易影响患者的临床治疗效果。采用阴道联合经腹超声检查能够有效减少误诊情况,便于临床及时给予有效治疗方案,改善患者预后质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the practical value of transvaginal combined with transabdominal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of obstetrics and gynecology diseases.Methods A total of 180 patients with obstetrics and gynecology diseases as study subjects were divided into control group and observation group according to admission order,with 90 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were examined by transabdominal ultrasonography,and patients in the observation group were combined with transvaginal ultrasonography on the basis of the control group.The pathological examination results and diagnosis results were observed between the two groups,and the detection rate and diagnosis satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The pathological findings of the observation group were 45 cases of ectopic pregnancy,16 cases of corpus luteum rupture,14 cases of pelvic inflammatory disease,9 cases of uterine fibroids,6 cases of ovarian cyst pedicle torsion;the pathological findings of the control group were 41 cases of ectopic pregnancy,19 cases of corpus luteum rupture,12 cases of pelvic inflammatory disease,10 cases of uterine fibroids,8 cases of ovarian cyst pedicle torsion.The detection rate of the observation group was 97.78%,which was obviously higher than 87.78%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diagnostic satisfaction score of the observation group was(18.05±0.62)points,which was higher than(16.94±0.51)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=13.117,P=0.000<0.05).Conclusion Transabdominal ultrasonography has certain diagnostic effect for patients with gynecological and obstetric diseases,but the misdiagnosis rate is high,which is easy to affect the clinical effect of patients.Combination of vaginal ultrasonography and transabdominal ultrasonography can effectively reduce the misdiagnosis,facilitate clinical timely effective treatment,improve the quality of prognosis of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
