卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液在宫缩乏力性产后出血治疗中的应用效果分析

Analysis of practical effect of carboprost tromethamine injection in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine atony

目的分析卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液在宫缩乏力性产后出血治疗中的应用效果。方法70例宫缩乏力性产后出血产妇,随机分为对照组与观察组,各35例。对照组单纯给予缩宫素治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上增加卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗。比较两组产后2 h出血量、产后24 h出血量、治疗总有效率、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组产后2 h出血量为(523.21±30.31)ml低于对照组的(634.61±31.21)ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产后24 h出血量为(769.21±42.21)ml低于对照组的(927.21±43.51)ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为94.29%高于对照组的74.29%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论卡前列素氨丁三醇对于宫缩乏力性产后出血的效果确切,可有效减少产后出血,提高治疗效果,且安全性高,值得推广和应用。

Objective To analyze the practical effect of carboprost tromethamine injection in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine atony.Methods A total of 70 cases of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine atony were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxytocin,and the observation group was treated with carboprost tromethamine injection on the basis of the control group.The 2 h postpartum blood loss,24 h postpartum blood loss,therapeutic effect,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The 2 h postpartum blood loss(523.21±30.31)ml of the observation group was lower than(634.61±31.21)ml of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The 24 h postpartum blood loss(769.21±42.21)ml of the observation group was lower than(927.21±43.51)ml of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%,which was higher than 74.29%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Carboprost tromethamine injection has affirmative effect on postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine atony,and it can effectively reduce postpartum hemorrhage and improve the therapeutic effect with high safety.It is worthy of promotion and application.
