戊酸雌二醇联合黄体酮治疗药物流产后宫腔残留物的效果分析

Effect analysis of estradiol valerate combined with progesterone in the treatment of intrauterine residue after drug abortion

目的研究戊酸雌二醇联合黄体酮在治疗药物流产后宫腔残留物的效果。方法92例药物流产后有宫腔残留物的患者,根据治疗方式不同分为观察组(52例)与对照组(40例),观察组给予戊酸雌二醇雌联合黄体酮治疗,对照组行清宫术治疗。对比两组治疗情况及满意度。结果观察组52例成功排出残留物48例,4例失败行清宫术,失败4例均有B超提示宫腔残留物旁血流丰富,均未发生任何并发症。对照组全部排出,但并发症发生率为37.5%。观察组患者满意度为94.23%,高于对照组的52.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论戊酸雌二醇联合黄体酮治疗药物流产后宫腔有残留物的患者,成功率较高,且在治疗过程中不会使患者造成并发症,患者的满意度较高,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To study the effect of estradiol valerate combined with progesterone in the treatment of intrauterine residue after drug abortion.Methods A total of 92 patients with intrauterine residue after drug abortion were divided into observation group(52 cases)and control group(40 cases)according to different treatment methods.The observation group was treated with estradiol valerate and progesterone,and the control group was treated with curettage.The treatment and satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the residue of 48 cases were successfully discharged,4 cases failed to undergo curettage,and 4 failed cases had B-ultrasound indicating abundant blood flow next to the uterine cavity residue,and no complications occurred.The residue of control group were all discharged,but the complication rate was 37.5%.The satisfaction rate 94.23%of the observation group was higher than 52.5%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of estradiol valerate and progesterone has a higher success rate in the treatment of patients with intrauterine residues after drug abortion,and will not cause complications during treatment,and the patient’s satisfaction is high,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
