耳穴综合疗法联合双氯芬酸钠在经阴道取卵术中的疗效

Effect of auricular point comprehensive therapy combined with diclofenac sodium in transvaginal oocyte retrieval

目的观察分析在经阴道取卵术中采用耳穴综合疗法结合双氯芬酸钠治疗效果。方法78例经阴道取卵术患者,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组进行双氯芬酸钠治疗,观察组进行耳穴综合疗法结合双氯芬酸钠治疗。比较两组患者获卵数、受精率、优质胚胎率、不良反应发生率以及治疗后的疼痛评分。结果观察组治疗后获卵率94.87%、受精率82.05%、优质胚胎率66.67%均高于对照组的79.49%、61.54%、43.59%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率5.13%低于对照组的28.21%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后疼痛评分为(2.12±0.35)分,低于对照组的(5.12±1.21)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在经阴道取卵术中采用耳穴综合疗法结合双氯芬酸钠治疗能够减少患者疼痛感,提高受精率,并且不良反应发生较少,因此值得推广采用。

Objective To observe and analyze the therapeutic effect of auricular point comprehensive therapy combined with diclofenac sodium in transvaginal oocyte retrieval.Methods A total of 78 patients with transvaginal oocyte retrieval were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with diclofenac sodium,and the observation group was treated with auricular point comprehensive therapy and diclofenac sodium.The number of eggs retrieved,fertilization rate,high-quality embryo rate,occurrence of adverse reactions and pain score after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the eggs retrieved rate 94.87%,fertilization rate 82.05%and high-quality embryo rate 66.67%of the observation group were higher than 79.49%,61.54%and 43.59%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 5.13%of the observation group was lower than 28.21%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain score(2.12±0.35)points of the observation group was lower than(5.12±1.21)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of auricular point comprehensive therapy and diclofenac sodium can reduce the pain of patients with transvaginal oocyte retrieval,improve the fertilization rate with fewer adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion and application.
