微型钛板内固定配合中药治疗足部骨折的疗效观察

Observation on the efficacy of micro titanium plate internal fixation combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of foot fracture

目的分析微型钛板内固定配合中药治疗足部骨折的疗效。方法50例足部骨折患者,采用数字表随机分为对照组及观察组,每组25例,对照组患者给予微型钛板内固定治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上增加中药治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的血液流变学指标(红细胞聚集指数、全血比粘度、血浆比粘度)、骨密度、骨钙素、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)评分、疼痛评分、治疗效果、并发症发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者的红细胞聚集指数(9.56±0.26)、全血比粘度(4.24±0.21)mPa·s、血浆比粘度(1.42±0.23)mPa·s低于对照组的(10.21±0.41)、(5.21±0.21)mPa·s、(1.71±0.15)mPa·s,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的骨密度、FMA评分高于对照组,骨钙素、疼痛评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的总有效率96.00%高于对照组的76.00%,并发症发生率12.00%低于对照组的40.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药治疗对足部骨折患者预后的影响良好,可改善血液流变学指标,提高骨密度,改善行走功能,缓解疼痛,减少并发症,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of micro titanium plate internal fixation combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of foot fracture.Methods A total of 50 patients with foot fracture were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with micro titanium plate internal fixation,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine based on the control group.The hemorheological indexes(erythrocyte aggregation index,whole blood specific viscosity,plasma specific viscosity),bone mineral density,osteocalcin,Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)score,pain score before and after treatment,therapeutic effect,and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the erythrocyte aggregation index(9.56±0.26),whole blood specific viscosity(4.24±0.21)mPa·s and plasma specific viscosity(1.42±0.23)mPa·s of the observation group were lower than(10.21±0.41),(5.21±0.21)mPa·s and(1.71±0.15)mPa·s of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the bone mineral density and FMA score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and osteocalcin and pain score were lower than those of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate 96.00%of the observation group was higher than 76.00%of the control group,and the incidence of complications 12.00%of the observation group was lower than 40.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine has good effect on prognosis of patients with foot fracture,which can improve the hemorheological indexes,improve bone mineral density,improve walking function,relieve pain,and reduce complications.It is worthy of promotion.
