摘要
针对中西部地区农村电商物流末端配送困境,指出了乡镇网点能力不足,难以实现送货入村,需求分散,网点选址困难等问题;在此基础上,通过围绕农村客运的可持续性、物流时效性、百姓满意度、物流成本的角度进行分析,得出了基于客运班车带货的末端配送模式实施的必要性。从“交邮协作”的层面,构建了基于客运班车带货的农村电商物流末端配送模式,提出组建联盟、搭建农村智慧物流信息平台等策略,设计了作业流程。
In view of the difficulty with endpoint distribution in the development of rural e-commerce in central and western China,this paper examines the underlying causes of the undesirable situation,including undercapacity of the town-level delivery outlets,difficulty in delivering to villages,scattered demand,and limited availability of suitable locations for the delivery outlets.On this basis,surrounding the sustainability of rural passenger transport,logistics timeliness,service satisfaction,and logistics cost,it concludes on the necessity of the implementation of the endpoint distribution model where regular buses are used as parcel carriers.Next,from the angle of traffic-postal collaboration,it constructs the rural e-commerce logistics endpoint distribution model based on regular buses,proposes such strategies as forming alliances and building rural smart logistics information platforms,and designs the relevant operation processes.
