中医急诊学科建设和教学改革的思考

Consideration on the construction and teaching reform of TCM Emergency discipline

从中医药防治新冠肺炎疫情的实际出发,对中医急诊学科建设和教学改革进行思考。认为中医药防治各类传染病发挥了十分重要的作用,但现有实际仍存在诸多不足,宜加强学科顶层设计、深化立德树人根本任务、强化课程思政改革,系统梳理历代中医药防治传染病的宝贵经验,守正传承经典、注重理论与实践相结合、凸显中医思维与优势,中西医并重、梳理中西医学科优势,整合优势教学师资,在助力学科专业高质量发展的同时,充分发挥中医药防治传染病的优势作用,为随时可能出现的传染病疫情奠定学科基础、培养更多的中医药高级急诊人才。

This paper reflects on the construction and teaching reform of TCM Emergency discipline based on the background of TCM prevention and control of COVID-19. It is believed that traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) plays an important role in prevention and treatment of various infectious diseases,nevertheless,there are some problems to handle. The construction of TCM Emergency should reinforce the top-level design,cultivate students with virtue by promoting reform of ideological and political teaching, systematically tease precious experiences of combating infectious diseases of different times,emphasize the combination of inheritance and innovation,theory and practice to highlight the advantages of TCM as well as making the best use of integrating Western medicine and teaching faculty. On the basis of high-quality discipline construction,we should give full play to the advantages of TCM in prevention and treatment of infectious diseases to cope with infectious diseases occurring at any time and ensure to develop high-quality talents in emergency.
