摘要
将MaxEnt生态位模型与Arc Gis技术相结合,根据朝鲜崖柏在我国的准确有效地理分布地点,采用气候、地形和土壤3种环境因子(28个环境变量指标)预测潜在适生区,划分适生区等级,评价适应性.结果表明:朝鲜崖柏在我国的潜在适生分布区可划分为高、中、低适生区,面积分别为3.67×10^(4)、6.99×10^(4)、33.12×10^(4)km^(2),分别占中国国土面积的0.38%、0.73%和3.45%.其中,高适生区主要包括吉林省、黑龙江省、辽宁省和新疆维吾尔自治区,主体呈带状分布.影响朝鲜崖柏分布的主导环境因子由大到小依次为最干季度平均温度、最暖季度降水量、海拔、温度季节性变化标准差和最干月降水量.
Using a combination of MaxEnt niche model and ArcGis technology,this study predicted potential suitable distribution regions,developed site suitability grades,and evaluated the species ability of adaption by using the accurate and effective geographical locations of its current distribution and 28 associated climatic,topographic and edaphic variables.The results show that the total areas of highly suitable regions,intermediate suitable regions and low suitable regions for Thuja koraiensis Nakai were 3.67×10^(4),6.99×10^(4) and 33.12×10^(4) km^(2),respectively,representing 0.38%,0.73%and 3.45%of China’s land area,respectively.The highly suitable regions were mainly located along the belt of Jilin Province,Heilongjiang Province,Liaoning Province and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.The dominant environmental factors affecting the distribution of Thuja koraiensis were,sequentially according to the magnitude of influence,the mean temperature during the driest season,precipitation in the warmest season,altitude,the deviation of seasonal temperature variability,and precipitation during the driest month.
