不同金属取代Finke型多金属氧酸盐显色检测多巴胺的催化性能 被引量:1

Catalysts Performance of Colorimetric Detection Dopamine by Finke-type Polyoxometalates Substituted with Different Metals

摘要 制备不同金属取代的Finke型多金属氧酸盐(polyoxometalates,POMs) PW_(9)M_(4)(M为Zn、Co、Mn和Cu)和P_(2)W_(15)M_(4)(M为Co、Cu和Zn).在水溶液中,以H_(2)O_(2)作为氧化剂,测试催化剂显色检测多巴胺(Dopamine,DA)的催化性能.结果表明:PW_(9)Cu_(4)显色检测DA时溶液由无色变为橙色,线性范围为3.17×10^(-5)~4.85×10^(-4)mol/L,检出限为3.17×10^(-5)mol/L;P_(2)W_(15)Cu_(4)对DA显色检测具有良好的显色稳定性,线性范围为3.68×10^(-5)~2.96×10^(-4)mol/L,检出限为3.68×10^(-5)mol/L.干扰物质对DA显色检测没有影响,表明PW_(9)Cu_(4)和P_(2)W_(15)Cu_(4)对DA显色检测具有较高的灵敏度和选择性. Finke-type polyoxometalates PW_(9)M_(4)(M=Zn,Co,Mn and Cu)and P_(2)W_(15) M_(4)(M=Co,Cu and Zn)were prepared,which were substituted by different metals.The performance of catalysts was tested by colormetric detection of DA in the aqueous solution with H 2O 2.When PW_(9)Cu_(4) was used in the reaction,the color was from colorless to orange with the linear range of 3.17×10^(-5)~4.85×10^(-4) mol/L and the detection limit of 3.17×10^(-5) mol/L.P_(2)W_(15) Cu_(4) was more stable in the detection of DA with th linear range of 3.68×10^(-5)~2.96×10^(-4) mol/L and the detection limit of 3.68×10^(-5) mol/L.No obvious influence was observed when the interferences were added to the system,which indicated that PW_(9)Cu_(4) and P_(2)W_(15) Cu_(4) were more selective and sensitive for the colormetric detection of DA.
