医用注射泵和输液泵检测仪校准方法的研究

Research on Calibration Method of Medical Syringe Pump and Infusion Pump Analyzers

本文提出一种基于蠕动泵、电子天平、标准压力计和秒表的医用注射泵和输液泵检测仪间接测量方法,并对校准结果进行了不确定度分析,实验证明:该间接测量方法成本低,准确度高,重复性好,不确定度小于检测仪最大允许误差绝对值的1/3,可实现医用注射泵和输液泵检测仪的有效溯源。

This paper presents an indirect measurement method of medical syringe pump and infusion pump analyzers based on peristaltic pump,electronic balance,standard pressure gauge and stopwatch,and analyzes the uncertainty of calibration results.The experiment shows that the indirect measurement method has the advantages of low cost,high accuracy,good repeatability,and the uncertainty is less than 1/3 of the maximum allowable error absolute value of the detector,which can realize the effective measurement of medical syringe pump and infusion pump analyzers.
