Characteristics,Risks and Countermeasures for China-CEE Investment Cooperation against the Backdrop of Belt and Road Initiative

"一带一路"倡议提出之后,中国对中东欧的投资急剧增长,呈现以国有企业(尤其是中央企业)为主要投资主体、以能源和交通运输行业为主要目标的投资特征,地域分布极不均衡。中东欧国家存在的巨大投资需求和该地区在中国"一带一路"倡议中的地位成为推进互利投资合作的重要基础,与此同时,各国的内部风险及地区的地缘政治风险也日渐凸显。针对地区特征因地制宜开展精准投资合作、中国企业适时调整在该地区的投资策略以及努力构建多层次的海外投资风险防范体系应成为未来深化双边投资合作的政策着力点。

China’s investment in Central and Eastern Europe has surged since the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative.The enormous demand from Central and East European countries for investment and China’s crucial position in the Belt and Road Initiative has developed into a solid base for the promotion of investment cooperation.It is advisable for Chinese enterprises to implement individualized investment cooperation based on regional characteristics,adjust their investment strategy,and build a multilevel system for the prevention of overseas investment risks.
