摘要
利用生物质废弃物咖啡渣作为填料对聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)进行改性,制备了综合性能良好的生物可降解复合材料。使用万能试验机和扫描电子显微镜等对复合材料的力学性能、微观形貌、吸水性能和热稳定性进行了研究。结果表明:热处理后的咖啡渣与PBS基体之间的界面相容性得到了提高,同时也改善了复合材料的热稳定性和力学性能。
Polybutylene succinate(PBS)was modified by using biomass waste of coffee grounds as a filler to prepare biodegradable composite with better properties.The universal testing machine and scanning electron microscope were used to study the mechanical properties,micromorphology,water absorption properties and thermal stability proetrties of the composite.The results show that the interface compatibility between coffee grounds and PBS matrix is improved by heat treatment,and the mechanical properties and thermal stability properties of the composite are also improved.
