摘要 通过复配酚醛胺固化剂T31和芳香胺固化剂间苯二甲胺(MXDA),制备环氧树脂固化剂体系。研究了添加不同比例固化剂及活性稀释剂聚丙二醇二缩水甘油醚(PPGDGE)对环氧补强材料流动性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:当T31/MXDA质量比为5∶95,添加16质量份PPGDGE时,可制备一种高性能环氧补强材料,其固化前混合液的初始黏度0.18 Pa·s,固化后压缩强度126 MPa、邵氏硬度96。与进口产品相比,环氧补强材料在凝胶前体流动性、力学性能及耐热性等方面都有大幅度提升,适用于输油管道的补强修复。 Epoxy resin curing agent system was prepared by compounding phenolic amine curing agent T31 and aromatic amine curing agent m-xylylenediamine(MXDA).The effects of different proportions of curing agent and active diluent PPGDGE on the flow properties and mechanical properties of the epoxy reinforcing material were studied.The results show that when the mass ratio of T31/MXDA is 5∶95 and the amount of PPGDGE is 16 phr,a kind of high performance epoxy reinforced material can be prepared.The initial viscosity of the mixture before curing is 0.18 Pa·s,and the compressive strength is 126 MPa and shore hardness is 96 after curing.Compared with the imported products,this product has been greatly improved in terms of fluidity of gel precursors,mechanical properties and heat resistance.It is suitable for reinforcement and repair of oil pipelines.
