摘要
针对手机外壳在成型过程中的翘曲变形、收缩和缩痕等缺陷,在正交试验的基础上,采用信噪比以及灰色关联度法把三目标问题转为单目标优化问题。通过极差分析,得到各因素对翘曲变形量、收缩率和缩痕深度的影响从大到小依次为:保压压力、注射时间、模具温度、保压时间和熔体温度。当保压压力设定为注射压力的120%、注射时间1.8 s、模具温度40℃、保压时间20 s、熔体温度220℃时,可得到质量最佳的产品。优化后塑件翘曲变形量减少了3.4%,收缩率减少了24.5%,缩痕深度减少了13.8%。该方法能有效降低塑件缺陷、提高塑件成型质量。
Aiming at the defects of warpage,shrinkage and shrinkage mark in the molding process of mobile phone shell,based on the orthogonal test,using the analysis of signal to noise ratio and grey correlation degree method,three-objective problem is transformed into a single objective optimization problem.Using range analysis,the influence degree of each process parameter on warpage deformation,shrinkage rate and the depth of shrinkage was obtained from large to small as follows:holding pressure,injection time,mold temperature,holding time and melt temperature.The best quality product can be obtained when the holding pressure is 120%of the injection pressure,and the injection time is 1.8 s,and the mold temperature is 40℃,and the holding time is 20 s and the melt temperature is 220℃.The warpage deformation of plastic parts is reduced by 3.4%,and the shrinkage rate is reduced by 24.5%,and the depth of shrinkage is reduced by 13.8%after optimization.The method can effectively reduce the defects of plastic parts and improve the molding quality of plastic parts.
