高职体育有效课堂的内涵原则结构及其效应实现

摘要 高职体育有效课堂是以强化学生的素质和能力培养为导向,主动适应新时代所需要的应用性人才或技术性人才的需求。高职体育有效课堂的内涵、构建原则、结构层次的创新,必须遵循教育教学规律和人才成长规律,贯彻落实“立德树人”根本任务的实现,促进各级各类高职学生的职业道德和职业素养、科技创新和创业能力的全面提升。体育有效课堂的目标、任务、内容、方法、组织过程,必须结合各级各类高职院校的培养目标和发展规划及其各个专业特点,帮助大学生未来核心素养和核心能力的同步提升。 The effective classroom of physical education in higher vocational colleges is oriented by strengthening student's quality and ability and actively adapting to the needs of applied or technical talents in the new era.The innovation of connotation,construction principle,and structural level of PE effective classroom in higher vocational colleges must follow the law of education and talent growth,realize the fundamental task of“establishing morality and cultivating talents”,and promote the comprehensive improvement of professional ethics and quality,scientific and technological innovation and entrepreneurial ability of the students of higher vocational colleges at all levels.The objectives,tasks,contents,methods,and organizational processes of PE effective classroom must be combined with the training targets and development plans of higher vocational colleges as well as the characteristics of different majors,to contribute to the simultaneous improvement of college students'core literacy and ability.
