单腔与双腔永久性心脏起搏器对心脏功能影响的对比研究

A comparative study of the effects of single chamber and double chamber permanent pacemakers on cardiac function

目的:探讨单腔与双腔永久性心脏起搏器对心脏功能的影响。方法:选取90例心脏病患者为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同分为观察组(n=54)与对照组(n=36)。对照组行单腔永久性心脏起搏器治疗,观察组行双腔永久性起搏器治疗。比较两组患者有效率、治疗3个月后临床症状评分及治疗6个月后心功能指标。结果:观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组患者气短乏力、头晕、心悸、胸痛症状评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗6个月后,心率(HR)、左室射血分数(LEVE)、心输出量(CO)及心脏指数(CI)均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组LEVE、CO及CI高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:双腔起搏器对心脏病患者能更有效改善心功能,提高治疗有效率,减轻临床症状,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of single chamber and double chamber permanent pacemakers on cardiac function and its influence on cardiac function.Methods:The clinical data of 90 patients with heart disease were analyzed retrospectively.According to the different treatment methods,the patients were divided into observation group(n=54)and control group(n=36).The control group were treated with single chamber permanent pacemaker and the observation group were treated with double chamber permanent pacemaker.The total effective rate,clinical symptom score after 3 months of treatment and heart function index after 6 months of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the clinical symptom scores of shortness of breath,fatigue,dizziness,palpitation and chest pain in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the indexes of HR,LEVE,CO and CI in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the indexes of LEVE,CO and CI in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Double chamber permanent pacemakers can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients with heart disease,improve the total effective rate of treatment,and reduce clinical symptoms,which is worthy of popularization and application.
