摘要
为满足消费者个性化定制针织衫的需求、提高针织衫定制企业效益等,针对现有技术条件下企业实施针织衫定制所面临的难点,通过阐述针织衫定制的起源、发展及国内外研究现状,利用现有理论论述针织衫企业实施定制策略的优势并提出相应解决方案。同时利用模块化设计理念将针织衫定制流程进行分解,设计并实现针织衫定制系统,将系统划分为面向消费者的方法—时间测量法(Methods-Time Measurement, MTM)下单系统与面向企业的订单管理系统,阐述系统界面设计与相关功能实现。研究结果表明:基于流程模块化设计的针织衫定制系统可满足消费者对针织衫款式、纱线材质、颜色、花边等方面的个性化需求,提高企业管理客户信息、订单和生产进度的效率,对针织衫定制的发展提供方法和技术理论支持。
In order to meet the demand of consumers for customized knitwear and improve the efficiency of knitwear customization enterprises,the difficulties faced by enterprises in implementing knitwear customization under the existing technical conditions were addressed,the origin and development of knitwear customization and the current status of domestic and international research was explained,the advantages of implementing customization strategies for knitwear enterprises using existing theories,and propose corresponding solutions were interpreted.The system is divided into a consumer-oriented Methods-Time Measurement(MTM)order placement system and an enterprise-oriented order management system,and the system interface design and related functions are explained.The research results show that the knitwear customization system based on process modularization design can meet consumers′personalized demands for knitwear styles,yarn materials,colors,laces,etc.,improve the efficiency of enterprises in managing customer information,orders and production schedules,and provide methodological and technical theoretical support for the development of knitwear customization.
