摘要
成果导向式教育作为新时代工科人才培养的重要模式,是工程教育专业认证的核心理念。以中南林业科技大学风景园林本科专业为例,基于OBE教育理念指导,重点从5个方面进行人才培养实践:(1)注重能力,强调素质,以学生预期成果建立专业人才培养目标;(2)建立“课程目标—多层次教学—多元化评估”的新型专业课程教学体系,开展“三元化”教学;(3)进行以知识传递为基础、自主训练为过程、方法启发为重心的教学方法改革;(4)推进“认知理解·应用训练·探索创新”的重叠螺旋式渐进实践教学探索;(5)尝试建立风景园林专业人才培养综合量化评价与反馈机制,不断提升教师自身专业能力。
As an important mode of engineering talents training in the new era,outcome-based education(OBE)is the core concept of engineering education professional certification.Taking the landscape architecture undergraduate major of Central South University of Forestry and Technology(Csuft)as an example,based on the guidance of OBE education concept,this paper focuses on five aspects of talent training practice:1.Focusing on ability,emphasizing quality,setting up professional talent training objectives based on students’expected achievements;2.Establishing the course teaching system of“Curriculum goal-Multi-level teaching-Multiple evaluation”and carry out“ternary”teaching;3.Carrying on the teaching method reform which makes the knowledge transfer as the foundation,the independent training as the process,the method inspiration as the center;4.Promoting the overlapping spiral progressive practice teaching of‘cognitive understanding,application training,exploration and innovation;5.Trying to establish a comprehensive quantitative evaluation and feedback mechanism for the cultivation of landscape architecture professionals,and constantly improve the professional ability of teachers.
