摘要
本文通过预应力管道及钢筋定位新工装、多孔振捣新工艺在某铁路工程(44+80+44m)悬臂浇筑连续梁0号块施工中的应用,介绍了由BIM技术对悬臂浇筑连续梁0号块优化后而创新的新工艺工装,探讨了新工艺工装的应用对连续梁0号块混凝土质量的提升。
This paper introduces the application of BIM technology to the continuous cantilever pouring of continuous beam No.0 in a railway project(44+80+44m)through the application of new tooling for prestressed pipes and steel reinforcement positioning,and new porous vibrating technology.The optimized and innovative new process tooling of beam No.0 discusses the application of new process tooling to improve the concrete quality of continuous beam No.0 block.
