从“水精四布”论治肺癌

Treatment of Lung Cancer Based on"Dispersion of the Body Fluid"

肺作为水之上源,与水液代谢密切相关;肺为气之主,主水液和气机的宣发肃降,故水液代谢失常和气机不调是肺癌形成的主要病因。气机不调则气郁,水液滞留则积聚成痰,日久肺气亏耗,累及脾肾,三焦代谢失常。治疗肺癌应从水液代谢论治,结合肺、脾、肾三脏和三焦气化共同用药,恢复脾胃运化之机、肾阳蒸腾气化之能,则肺气可降、脾气可升、肾阳可化,使人体维持正常的“水精四布,五经并行”状态,水液不积,瘤邪得祛。

Lung,as the source of water,is closely related to the metabolism of the body fluid;lung is the main source of qi,governing the dispersing and descending of body fluid and qi movement.Therefore,the main cause of lung cancer is abnormal metabolism of body fluid and qi.If qi is not regulated,it will be depressed;if the body fluid is retained,the phlegm will accumulate;if the lung qi is depleted for a long time,the spleen and kidney will be involved,and the metabolism of Sanjiao will be abnormal.The treatment of lung cancer should be based on the metabolism of the body fluid,combined with lung,spleen,kidney and the qi movement of Sanjiao to restore the mechanism of spleen and stomach transportation and the energy of kidney yang transpiration and qi movement.Then the lung qi can be lowered,the spleen qi can be raised,and the kidney yang can be transformed,so that the human body can maintain the normal state of"dispersion of the body fluid,five meridians parallel",the body fluid does not accumulate,and the tumor pathogen can be eliminated.
