中医学与哈萨克医学对肝“天人相应”的研究对比

Comparative Study on"Correspondence Between Man and Nature"of Liver Between Chinese Medicine and Kazakh Medicine

中医学以地理方位的五行归属推断对肝的影响,而哈萨克医学以不同地理环境的气候属性变化分析对肝的影响;中医学用五行生克关系来推断不同年份中肝的生理及病理,哈萨克医学认为出生于不同年份归属不同生肖,后者对气候的三大承受力不同,其肝系功能也会相应变化;中医、哈萨克医学一年均分为12个月,中医一年中每3个月为一季,肝与月份的关系跟肝与四季的关系相似。中医学从每日的五行归属推断出肝与日的关系,哈萨克医学则根据气候学说分析昼夜的阴晴对肝系功能的影响;中医学认为肝功能春为强、夏为活跃、秋为弱、冬为渐强,哈萨克医学认为肝系功能中午较弱,半夜为强,清晨与黄昏则介于二者之间。
