摘要
中国的茶叶种类繁多,按照茶的色泽和加工方法,可将茶叶分为绿茶、红茶、乌龙茶、黄茶、白茶、黑茶和花茶七大茶系。红茶入心,可温补心脉;绿茶入肝,可清肝明目;黄茶入脾胃,可健脾利湿;白茶入肺,可清热;黑茶可利尿、解毒。不同种类的茶在外形、色泽、香气、性味、功效方面各有千秋,这和中医五色养生理论相一致。
There are many kinds of tea in China.According to the color and processing methods of tea,tea can be divided into green tea,black tea,oolong tea,yellow tea,white tea,dark tea and flower tea.Black tea′s heart channel tropism can warm the heart;green tea′liver channel tropism can remove liver-fire for improving eyesight;yellow tea′s spleen and stomach channel tropism can invigorate the spleen and dampness;white tea′s lung channel tropism can clear away heat;black tea has the function of diuretic,detoxification.Different kinds of tea have their own advantages in appearance,color,aroma,taste and efficacy,which is consistent with the theory of five color for health maintenance in Chinese medicine.
