分散聚合法制备单分散P(St-co-BA)微球 被引量:1

摘要 以偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,通过分散聚合法制备了单分散聚(苯乙烯-co-丙烯酸丁酯)[P(St-co-BA)]共聚微球。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、差示扫描量热仪(DCS)等对P(St-co-BA)微球进行了表征。研究了不同含量丙烯酸正丁酯(BA)对共聚物微球的粒子尺寸、形貌、性能以及聚合动力学的影响。研究表明,随着BA含量的增加,共聚微球的粒径增加,单分散性变差,转化率和玻璃化转变温度均降低。另外介绍了苯乙烯(St)和BA的分散聚合机理。 The single dispersed poly(styrene-co-butyl acrylate)[P(St-co-BA)]microspheres were prepared by dispersion polymerization with azodiisobutyronitrile(AIBN)as initiator.The P(St-co-BA)microspheres were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and differential scanning calorimetry(DCS).The effects of different contents of butyl acrylate(BA)on the particle size,morphology,properties and polymerization kinetics of copolymer microspheres were studied.The results show that with the increase of BA contents,the particle size of the copolymerized microspheres increases,the monodispersity becomes worse,and the conversion rate and glass transition temperature are reduced.In addition,the dispersion polymerization mechanism of styrene(St)and BA is introduced.
