摘要 针对某型升降筒具有薄壁且筒内壁存在多个异型倒扣的结构特点,设计了一模一腔的点浇口三板式注塑模具。运用计算机辅助工程(CAE)分析技术对模具的浇注系统和冷却系统进行了优化设计,在满足成型质量要求的前提下,确定了最终的浇口直径和冷却水道的尺寸和布局;通过正交试验对塑件的翘曲变形量进行了优化,通过均值和极差分析得到了优化后的注塑工艺参数组合。巧妙的在模具动模上设计了四组斜度为2.5°的大斜顶机构,以及斜度为11°的四组小斜顶机构,解决了升降筒内壁多个异型倒扣的脱模困难问题。在模具设计过程中运用CAE技术可以预判塑件在成型过程中可能出现的问题,进而对模具关键部位进行优化设计,可以有效的缩短模具的研发周期;本文所设计的模具布局合理,关键部件采用镶件,降低了加工难度,为相似塑制品模具的研发提供有益的借鉴。 Aiming at the structural characteristics of a certain type of lifting cylinder with thin walls and a number of special-shaped undercuts on the inner wall of the cylinder,a three-plate injection mold with one mold and one cavity point gate was designed.Computer aided engineering(CAE)analysis technology was used to optimize the design of the mold’s pouring system and cooling system.Under the premise of meeting the molding quality requirements,the final gate diameter and the size and layout of the cooling channel were determined.The bending deformation was optimized,and the optimized injection molding process parameter combination was obtained through the average and range analysis.Four sets of large inclined top mechanisms with an inclination of 2.5°and four sets of small inclined top mechanisms with an inclination of 11°on the movable mold of the mold were ingeniously designed,which solved the problem of difficult demolding of multiple special-shaped undercuts on the inner wall of the lifting cylinder.The use of CAE technology in the mold design process could predict the possible problems of the plastic part in the molding process,and then optimize the design of the key parts of the mold,which could effectively shorten the mold development cycle.The mold layout designed in this article was reasonable and the key components using of inserts could reduce the processing difficulty and provide a useful reference for the development of other similar plastic product molds.
