摘要
探讨基于燃弧发生装置的防电弧纺织材料测试系统的构建思路。介绍了燃弧发生装置的结构、测试标准、试验条件和方法。通过燃弧发生系统的升级改造,实现对试验参数的精确控制,制成了燃弧发生装置和热通量测试系统的试验支架。认为:基于燃弧发生装置的防电弧纺织材料测试系统有助于研究防护材料在电弧作用下的微观、宏观变化规律,建立电弧防护材料性能间接评价系统。
Construction idea of arc-proof textile material test system based on arc generator was discussed.Structure,test standard,test condition and method of the arc generator were introduced.Through upgrading and modifying of arc generating system,precise control of test parameter was realized,the test bracket of arc generator and the heat flux test system were made.It is considered that the arc-proof textile material test system based on arc generator is helpful to study microscopic and macroscopic change rule of arc-proof material under arc,which is helpful to establish an indirect evaluation system for arc-proof textile material property.
