摘要 探讨棉纺企业配电变压器容量的优化效果。以5万锭的某棉纺企业车间为例,对用电单价进行了综合分析,在用电负荷运行工况及设备工作特性的基础上,利用需要系数法进行优化理论计算,合理确定了配电变压器容量。在确保安全运行的前提下,选用小一规格的绿色节能型变压器。配电变压器容量优化后,可实现年节约基本电费32.4万元。认为:优化后的配电变压器运行安全平稳,经济效益较为明显。 Optimization effect of distribution transformer capacity in cotton spinning enterprise was discussed.Workshop of cotton spinning enterprise with 50000 spindles was taken as an example,comprehensive analysis of electricity unit price was carried out.Based on operating conditions of electricity load and working characteristics of equipment,demand coefficient method was used to optimize theoretical calculation.Distribution transformer capacity was reasonably determined.On the premise of ensuring safe operation,a green energy-saving transformer with a smaller size was selected.After distribution transformer capacity optimization,the annual basic electricity cost could be saved 324000 yuan.It is considered that the optimized distribution transformer operates safely and stably,the economic benefit is obvious.
