基于多数据库分析脂肪肉瘤中CDK1的表达及其临床意义

Analysis of CDK1 expression in liposarcoma based on multiple databases and its clinical significance

目的通过深度挖掘Oncomine、TCGA、GTEx及STRING数据库,探索CDK1在脂肪肉瘤(LPS)中的表达及其临床意义。方法从Oncomine数据库中检索CDK1在LPS组织和癌旁正常组织中的表达数据,并对其进行比较分析。使用Oncomine数据库分析CDK1与LPS患者预后的相关性。使用STRING在线工具建立CDK1的共表达网络。结果CDK1在LPS组织中的表达明显高于正常组织(P<0.05)。CDK1的表达与LPS患者的预后呈负相关(P<0.05)。CDK1的共表达网络图显示,AURKA、NCAPG和CCNB1等蛋白是CDK1的共表达分子。结论与正常组织相比,CDK1在LPS组织中呈高表达。CDK1高表达患者的预后较低表达患者差,并进一步发现了与CDK1有相关性的共表达基因,可为LPS的临床治疗及新的基因靶向药物的研制提供依据。

Objective To explore the expression of CDK1 in liposarcoma(LPS)and its clinical significance by in-deep mining of the databases of Oncomine,TCGA,GTEx and STRING.Methods The expression data of CDK1 in LPS tissues and normal tissues adjacent to cancer were retrieved from the Oncomine database,and these were compared and analyzed.The correlation between CDK1 and the prognosis of LPS patients were analyzed by Oncomine database.The CDK1 co-expression network was set up by STRING online tool.Results The expression of CDK1 in LPS tissue was significantly higher than that in normal tissue(P<0.05).The expression of CDK1 was negatively correlated with the prognosis of LPS patients(P<0.05).The co-expression network of CDK1 showed that AURKA,NCAPG,CCNB1 and other proteins were co-expression molecules of CDK1.Conclusion Compared with normal tissues,CDK1 is highly expressed in LPS tissues.The prognosis of patients with high CDK1 expression is worse than that of patients with low expression of CDK1,and the co-expressed genes related to CDK1 have been further discovered,which provides a basis for the clinical treatment of LPS and the development of new gene-targeted drugs.
