摘要
通过跟师韩祖成教授学习,分析不寐与肝脾的关系、肝郁脾虚型不寐的证候特征及逍遥散配伍的特点。并结合临床典型病例,总结逍遥散加减治疗肝郁脾虚型不寐的方法及诊治思路,以促进该方法在临床中的推广与应用。
By learning with professor Han Zucheng,we analyzed the relationship between insomnia and liver and spleen,the syndrome characteristics of insomnia of liver depression and spleen deficiency type and the compatibility characteristics of Xiaoyao powder.Combined with the typical clinical case,we summarized the methods and diagnosis and treatment ideas of Xiaoyao powder in the treatment of insomnia of liver depression and spleen deficiency type,so as to promote the promotion and application of this method in clinic.
