角膜塑形镜对青少年近视患者眼视力及生物测量参数的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究角膜塑形镜对青少年近视患者眼视力及生物测量参数影响。方法以2018年12月至2019年12月西安市第一医院眼科收治的200例近视青少年患者作为研究对象,根据随机抽签分组原则将其分为观察组(角膜塑形镜)和对照组(戴框架眼镜),各100例。比较两组的眼视力及生物测量参数。结果戴镜1、3、6个月,观察组的视力均优于对照组(P<0.05)。戴镜后,观察组眼轴长度、角膜曲率、角膜厚度、前房深度小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论角膜塑形镜在青少年近视患者中的应用效果显著,不仅能改善眼视力,而且能改善患者的生物测量参数,值得在临床中推广及应用。 Objective To study the effects of orthokeratology lens on visual acuity and biometric parameters in juvenile myopia patients.Methods A total of 200 juvenile myopia patients admitted in the ophthalmology department of Xi'an No.1 hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the principle of random drawing,the patients were divided into observation group(orthokeratology lens)and control group(wearing frame glasses),with 100 cases in each group.The visual acuity and biometric parameters of the two groups were compared.Results After wearing glasses for 1,3 and 6 months,the visual acuity of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After wearing glasses,the eye axis length,corneal curvature,corneal thickness and anterior chamber depth of the observation group were less than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Orthokeratology lens applied to juvenile myopia patients has a remarkable effect,it can not only improve the visual acuity,but also improve the biometric parameters of patients,which is worth promoting and applying in clinic.
