锌制剂联合布拉氏酵母菌散治疗小儿迁延性腹泻的临床效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察锌制剂联合布拉氏酵母菌散治疗小儿迁延性腹泻的临床效果。方法选择2017年2月至2020年6月我院收治的94例迁延性腹泻患儿,根据治疗方案的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各47例。对照组给予布拉氏酵母菌散,观察组在对照组基础上联合锌制剂治疗。比较两组的临床体征及症状改善时间、住院时间、血清相关生化指标、临床疗效。结果观察组的体温恢复正常时间、大便性状恢复时间、腹泻停止时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的hs-CRP、IL-6、NO、MDA水平低于对照组,CD3+、CD4+高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论锌制剂联合布拉氏酵母菌散治疗小儿迁延性腹泻的临床效果显著,能有效缩短患儿病程,减轻腹泻症状,改善血清相关生化指标水平,促进患儿快速康复。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zinc preparation combined with Saccharomyces boulardii sachets in the treatment of children with persistent diarrhea.Methods Ninety-four cases of children with persistent diarrhea treated in our hospital from February 2017 to June 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment schemes,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was given Saccharomyces boulardii sachets,and the observation group was treated with Zinc preparation on the basis of the control group.The improvement time of clinical signs and symptoms,hospital stay,serum biochemical indexes and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The time of body temperature recovery,stool character recovery and diarrhea stopping and,hospitalization stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,IL-6,NO and MDA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of CD3+and CD4+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zinc preparation combined with Saccharomyces boulardii sachets in the treatment of children with persistent diarrhea has a significant clinical effect,which can effectively shorten the course of disease,reduce the symptoms of diarrhea,improve the levels of serum biochemical indicators,and promote the rapid recovery of children.
