补阳还五汤联合方氏头针治疗气虚血瘀型脑卒中恢复期患者的效果

Effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with Fang's scalp acupuncture on convalescent stroke patients of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type

目的探讨补阳还五汤联合方氏头针治疗气虚血瘀型脑卒中恢复期患者的效果。方法将160例气虚血瘀型脑卒中恢复期患者随机分为对照组和联合组,各80例。对照组给予补阳还五汤,联合组在对照组的基础上给予方氏头针。比较两组的干预效果。结果联合组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组的血小板聚集率、全血高切黏度、血浆黏度、神经功能缺损程度评分低于对照组,脑血管储备(CVR)及Fugl-Meyer上肢和下肢评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤联合方氏头针治疗气虚血瘀型脑卒中恢复期患者的效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with Fang's scalp acupuncture on convalescent stroke patients of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods One hundred and sixty cases of convalescent stroke patients of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type were randomly divided into control group and combined group,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was given Buyang Huanwu decoction,and the combined group was given Fang's scalp acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the platelet aggregation rate,whole blood high shear viscosity,plasma viscosity and neurological deficit score of the combined group were lower than those of the control group,while the cerebrovascular reserve(CVR)and Fugl-Meyer scores of upper and lower limbs were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with Fang's scalp acupuncture in the treatment of convalescent stroke patients of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type has significant effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
