穴位贴敷联合中西医护理在肿瘤化疗后患者中的应用效果

Application effect of acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing in patients with tumor after chemotherapy

目的分析穴位贴敷联合中西医护理对在肿瘤化疗后患者中的应用效果。方法选择我院2018年1月至2020年1月收治的72例肿瘤化疗患者作为研究对象,按照护理方案的不同将其分为对照组(n=36,常规护理)与研究组(n=36,穴位贴敷联合中西医护理)。比较两组患者的症状积分、营养状态及不良情绪。结果研究组的恶心呕吐、腹痛腹胀、纳食差和神疲懒言积分均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的血红蛋白、血清白蛋白水平均升高,且研究组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者的SAS与SDS评分均下降,且研究组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷联合中西医护理用于肿瘤化疗患者中效果显著,能够改善患者的食欲不振及营养状态,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the application effect of acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing in patients with tumor after chemotherapy.Methods A total of 72 tumor patients undergoing chemotherapy admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group(n=36,conventional nursing)and study group(n=36,acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing)according to the different nursing plans.The symptom score,nutritional status and bad mood were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of nausea and vomiting,abdominal pain and distension,loss of appetite,fatigue and talking lazines in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of hemoglobin and serum albumin in both groups increased,and those in the study group were significantly higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores in both groups decreased,and those in the study group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing in tumor patients undergoing chemotherapy has a significant effect,it can improve loss of appetite and nutritional status,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
