循证护理在心肌梗死并发心力衰竭患者中的应用效果及对相关指标的影响

Application effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure and its influenceon related indexes

目的分析循证护理在心肌梗死并发心力衰竭患者中的应用效果及对相关指标的影响。方法选取2018年4月至2020年4月收治的82例心肌梗死并发心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,按护理方案分为对照组(41例,常规护理)和研究组(41例,循证护理)。比较两组的心功能指标、并发症发生情况、生活质量及干预效果。结果干预后,研究组的HR、LVEF、LVEDD、LVESD均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的生活质量各项评分及总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理在心肌梗死并发心力衰竭患者中的应用效果显著,可改善心功能指标,减少并发症的发生。

Objective To analyze the application effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure and its influence on related indexes.Methods A total of 82 patients with myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure admitted from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group(41 cases,conventional nursing)and study group(41 cases,evidence-based nursing)according to the nursing plan.The cardiac function indexes,complications,quality of life and intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the HR,LVEF,LVEDD and LVESD in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores and total effective rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing in patients with myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure has a significant application effect,which can improve cardiac function indexes and reduce the occurrence of complications.
