课题研究型品管圈在多学科协作构建白血病患儿化疗并发症管理模式中的应用效果

Application effect of research-oriented quality control circle in multi-disciplinary team to build chemotherapy complications management model for children with leukemia

目的探讨课题研究型品管圈在多学科协作构建白血病患儿化疗并发症管理模式中的应用效果。方法选择100例急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿作为研究对象,其中品管圈活动前(2019年6月至10月)的白血病患儿50例,品管圈活动后(2020年2月至6月)的白血病患儿50例。分析品管圈活动的成果。结果品管圈活动后的患儿化疗前风险评估率、化疗动态评估率、多学科总体医务人员考核率、输血管理系统填报合格率、患儿父母健康教育知晓率、出院回访率均高于品管圈活动前,化疗并发症发生率低于品管圈活动前(P<0.05)。结论课题研究型品管圈能有效降低白血病患儿化疗并发症发生率,提升团队整体业务能力。

Objective To explore the application effect of research-oriented quality control circle in multi-disciplinary team to build chemotherapy complications management model for children with leukemia.Methods A total of 100 children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia were selected as the research objects,including 50 children with leukemia before quality control circle activities(June to October 2019)and 50 children with leukemia after quality control circle activities(February to June 2020).The results of quality control circle activities were analyzed.Results The risk assessment rate before chemotherapy,dynamic assessment rate of chemotherapy,overall assessment rate of multi-disciplinary medical staff,qualified rate of blood transfusion management system,awareness rate of health education of parents and return visit rate after discharge after quality control circle activities were higher than those before quality control circle activities,and the incidence rate of chemotherapy complications was lower than that before quality control circle activities(P<0.05).Conclusion Research-oriented quality control circle can effectively reduce the incidence of chemotherapy complications of children with leukemia,and improve the overall business ability of the team.
