摘要
目的探讨标准示范与情景演示法在医护人员手卫生教育培训中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至6月我院150名医护人员,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各75名。对照组接受常规手卫生教育培训,观察组接受标准示范与情景演示法手卫生教育培训,比较两组的手卫生知识知晓率、手卫生依从率、洗手液及手消毒剂平均日消耗量、手细菌菌落数目、手卫生规范操作率及手消毒合格率。结果培训后,两组手卫生概念、手清洗指征、手消毒指征、自我防护知识知晓率均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。培训后,两组接触患者前、无菌操作前、液体暴露风险操作后、接触患者后、接触患者周围物品后手卫生依从率均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。培训后,两组洗手液及手消毒剂平均日消耗量、手卫生规范操作率及手消毒合格率均升高,手细菌菌落数目均减少,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在手卫生教育培训中采取标准示范与情景演示法,可有效提高医护人员的手卫生知识知晓率及手卫生依从性,规范手卫生操作,提高手消毒合格率,减少手细菌菌落数目。
Objective To explore the application effect of standard demonstration and scene demonstration method in hand hygiene education and training of medical staff.Methods A total of 150 medical staff from January to June in 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group received routine hand hygiene education and training,and the observation group received hand hygiene education and training by standard demonstration and scenario demonstration method.The awareness rate of hand hygiene knowledge,hand hygiene compliance rate,average daily consumption of hand sanitizer and hand disinfectant,number of bacterial colonies in hands,standard operation rate of hand hygiene and qualified rate of hand disinfection were compared between the two groups.Results After training,the awareness rates of hand hygiene concept,hand washing indication,hand disinfection indication and self-protection knowledge in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After training,the hand hygiene compliance rates of the two groups before contacting patients and aseptic operation,after liquid exposure risk operation,contacting patients and contacting objects around patients increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After training,the average daily consumption of hand sanitizer and hand disinfectant,the standard operation rate of hand hygiene and the qualified rate of hand disinfection in the two groups increased,and the number of bacterial colonies in hands decreased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting standard demonstration and scenario demonstration method in hand hygiene education and training can effectively improve the awareness rate of hand hygiene knowledge and hand hygiene compliance rate of medical staff,standardize hand hygiene operation,improve the qualified rate of hand disinfection,and reduce the number of bacterial colonies in hands.
