On the basis of summarizing the status quo of urban abandoned railways,combined with the relevant theoretical basis for building urban railway ecological parks,the internal logical relationship of the integration and symbiosis of urban railways and ecological parks is explained.From the six aspects of enhancing land value,driving green industry,stimulating characteristic business,boosting new industrial chain,enhancing cultural and creative tourism and smooth value conversion,it analyzes the realization path of economic value conversion of urban railway ecological park.
