摘要
为了消除空间烧孔效应实现Nd:YAG单纵模激光输出,设计了一个由两块曲率半径为60 mm的端面镜、两块1/4波片、一片偏振片和Nd:YAG晶体构成的扭转模腔,通过理论分析和仿真实验,证实了该扭转模腔在沿轴方向光强分布均匀,不会形成空间烧孔效应,实现了单一纵模的激光输出.
In order to eliminate the spatial hole burning effect and output the single longitudinal mode Nd:YAG laser,a twisted mode cavity composed of two end mirrors with a curvature radius of 60 mm,two quarter wave plates,a polarizer and Nd:YAG crystal was designed.Through theoretical analysis and simulation research,it is proved that the twisted mode cavity has uniform light intensity distribution along the axial direction and does not form the spatial hole burning effect,and the laser output of single longitudinal mode can be realized.
