数字式高频Q表设计

摘要 设计一款数字式高频Q表,基于AD9958产生可调高频信号,经BUF634扩流后进行分压阻抗变换,加入到LC谐振回路,由24位高精度模数转换器ADS1256采集输入输出的真有效值输入到STM32F4中,计算及显示回路电感、谐振频率及Q值等参数.测试结果表明,较传统机械Q表,数字式高频Q表具有测量精度高、操作简单等优点. A digital high-frequency Q-meter is designed to generate adjustable high-frequency signal based on AD9958.After current expansion by BUF634,it carries out partial voltage impedance transformation and is added into LC resonant circuit.The 24 bit high-precision analog-to-digital converter ADS1256 collects the true RMS of input and output,and is input into STM32 F4 to calculate and display the loop inductance,harmonic frequency,Q value and other parameters.The test results show that the digital high frequency Q-meter has the advantages of high measurement accuracy and simple operation compared with the traditional mechanical Q-meter.
