摘要
针对某110 kV输电铁塔接地扁钢腐蚀严重问题,利用宏观检验、化学成分分析、显微组织检验、腐蚀产物形貌及能谱、镀锌层厚度测试、土壤理化性能分析等试验方法对其腐蚀原因进行了分析。结果表明,接地扁钢防腐工艺选择不当及碱性高盐的服役环境是造成其腐蚀断裂的主要原因。并提出电网设备不得使用冷镀锌的接地扁钢、加强对黄灌区输电铁塔接地扁钢的检查力度等建议。
The seriously corroded grouding flat steel of a 110 kV transmission tower is investigated by means of macrographic examination,chemical composition analysis,microstructure examination,morphology and energy spectrum of corrosion products,zinc coating thickness test,and soil physicochemical properties analysis.The result shows that improper anti-corrosion technology of grounding flat steel and alkaline service environment of high salinity are the main causes for the corrosion and fracture.It is suggested that the grounding flat steel with cold galvanizing can not be used for the power grid equipments,and more and more attention should be paid to the inspection of grounding flat steel used for transmission tower in Yellow River irrigation area.
