±350 kV鲁西背靠背柔性直流阀控系统设计缺陷及改进措施 被引量:6

摘要 针对鲁西背靠背柔性直流输电工程两起阀控系统单一通信元件故障导致的柔性直流闭锁事件进行了原因分析。认为因阀控系统并非完全冗余设计,控制两套阀控系统切换的通信EX板为共用设备,存在EX板故障后依然上传阀控系统错误跳闸信息,阀控系统执行故障判断逻辑并出口闭锁柔性直流系统的情况。为此提出执行通信EX板故障校验机制,将两套系统切换通信EX板改造为双套冗余配置等改进措施,避免单一通信元件故障导致柔性直流闭锁事件的发生。 This paper analyzes the causes of two flexible DC blocking events caused by single communication component failure of valve control system in Luxi back-to-back flexible DC project.It is considered that because the valve control system is not a completely redundant design,the communication EX board controlling the switching between the two valve control systems is a common device,and there is a situation that after the EX board fails,it will still upload the wrong trip information of the valve control system,and the valve control system executes the fault judgment logic and locks the flexible DC at the outlet.In order to avoid the occurrence of flexible DC blocking event caused by single communication component failure,the improvement measures such as implementing communication EX board fault checking mechanism are proposed,which transforms two sets of system switching communication EX board into two sets of redundant configuration.
