摘要
传统的人工手动拆装GW4型隔离开关触指的方法费时费力,对检修人员也有较高要求,而且会破坏触指表面镀银层,存在一定的危险性。对此,乌海电业局研制了一种全新的GW4型隔离开关弹簧触指拆装工具,通过旋转摇把,将力传递到正反丝扣上,将圆周运动转化为直线运动;在反丝扣和螺母配合作用下,导力杆会前进、后退,从而可以快速拆装触指。经测试,使用该工具,1人即能完成触指拆装,拆装1只触指平均时间由原来的39.4 min缩至3.5 min,极大地提高了工作效率。
The traditional manual method of disassembling and assembling the contact finger of GW4 type isolating switch is time-consuming and labor-intensive,and has high requirements for maintenance personnel.It will damage the silver-plated layer on the surface of the contact finger,with a certaindegree of risk.Wuhai Electric Power Bureau develops a new type of GW4 assembling and disassembling tool for isolating switch spring contact finger,which transfers the force to the positive and negative thread by rotating the crank handle,and finally converts the circular motion into linear motion.Under the cooperation of the reverse screw and the nut,the guide rod will move forward and backward,thus realizing the function of disassembling and assembling contact fingers.Using this tool,a person can complete the disassembly and assembly of all the different volumes of contact fingers,and the average time is reduced from the original 39.4 minutes to only 3.5 minutes,which greatly improves the efficiency.
