摘要 研制了光缆终端接续保护卡具,通过加强光缆接续盒处光缆的支撑力,解决了光缆接续处承载力小的问题,减少了光纤脱落、断裂故障次数。光缆终端接续保护卡具由杆塔固定部分、构件连接部分、光缆紧固部分组成,从经济性、施工难度、绝缘性能等方面,确定了杆塔固定部分采用全钢美式抱箍工艺、构件连接部分采用不锈钢双孔卡座工艺、光缆紧固部分采用绝缘橡胶线夹(内含钢支撑)工艺。实际应用后,未发生光传输通道故障,应用效果较好。 The protective fixture for optical cable terminal connection has been developed.By strengthening the supporting force of the optical cable at the optical cable connection box,the problem of small bearing capacity at the optical cable connection is solved,and the times of optical fiber falling off and breaking are reduced.Cable connection terminal protection fixture are connected by a tower fixed part,component parts,and optical fiber cable fastening parts.From the aspects such as economy,the construction difficulty,insulation performance,it is determined that the tower fixed part adopts full steel hoop American technology,the component connection part adopts stainless steel double orifice booth technology,and the fiber optic cable fastening parts adopt insulation rubber wire clip(containing steel support)process.After practical application,there is no optical transmission channel fault,and has great application effect.
