核心-边缘理论视域下非学历继续教育发展水平的差异化比较研究 被引量:6

摘要 目标:从差异化比较视角出发,研究全国各个本科院校的继续教育学院门户网站上关于非学历继续教育开设情况。方法:通过对各个学校门户网站上关于非学历继续教育开设情况的一手数据的收集、整理和分析,研究各个高校非学历继续教育的发展现状。结论:研究发现全国高校非学历继续教育的发展遵循了核心—边缘发展理论,在地区、经济发展和学校类型等指标上核心地区的发展水平要远远高于边远地区,地缘优势、经济优势和资源聚集优势都带来了非学历继续教育事业发展的不均衡。各高校需要结合自己高校的发展、国家的发展和所处地域的不同、经济发展状况的不同、学校资源优势的不同,制定合理的发展目标,找到各自发展中的生长点。 The target of this research is to study the establishments of non-qualification education through portal websites of the continuing education colleges of various universities across the country from the differential comparative perceptive.Through gathering,sorting-out,and analysis of the first-hand data about such establishment conditions,the paper researches the current development situation of the non-qualification education provided by the various universities.It is found through the research that the non-qualification continuing education of our country develops by following the core-periphery theory,the development level in the core regions being far higher than that in the remote regions in such indexes as region,economic development and school type,etc.Geo-advantages,economic advantages and resources concentration advantages all bring about the imbalance in the course of non-qualification education development.Universities need formulate scientific development goals and find out their individual growth points by combining the development situation of their own university,that of the state with the difference in respect of regions,economic status and school resources.
