摘要
发展社区老年教育,充分利用社区资源开展老年教育活动,创新老年教育形式和内容,有助于满足老年人多样化学习需求,提升老年人生活质量,是积极应对人口老龄化、实现社会和谐的重要举措。基于SERVQUAL模型,从有形性、可靠性、响应性、保证性、移情性等五个维度,构建社区老年教育服务质量评价要素,并综合运用AHP获得各指标权重,建立社区老年教育服务质量的评价模型,总结出社区老年教育服务在丰富老年教育资源、提高人员素养、完善管理制度等方面的优化路径。
Developing community education for the elderly,making full use of community resources to carry out education activities for the elderly,and innovating the forms and contents of education for the elderly will help meet the diverse learning needs of the elderly and improve their life quality.It is a positive response to the aging of the population and an important method of realizing social harmony harmony.Based on the SERVQUAL model,this paper constructs quality evaluation elements for community elderly education service from the following five dimensions:tangibility,reliability,assurance,responsiveness,and empathy.By comprehensively using AHP to obtain the weights of various indicators,the paper establishes a quality evaluation model,and summarizes an optimization path in enriching education resources,improving personnel quality,and perfecting management system.
