摘要
高职教师是应试教育的成品,缺乏系统的创新教育,难以参与创新教学。对他们普及培训,成本高昂;长期依靠外部资源,难以为继。只要克服畏难情绪,在各种有利的环境下,一些经济途径值得尝试:放下包袱和借口,“非正式”学习创新;关注政策和专业动态,定位创新;挖掘教学可变之处,尝试创新;基于费曼法营造准浸泡式环境,培养创新思维,锻炼创新人格;在实践中突破创新。最后,高职教师创新素养应包括创新教学能力。
As the direct products of test-oriented education,higher vocational school teachers lack systematic creativity education,hardly capable of creative teaching.It will incur unacceptable cost to retrain all of them,and it is unsustainable to rely on external factors.However,as long as they overcome fears,they are accessible to economic approaches in a favorable environment:to informally learn about creativity without burden and excuses,to position a potential innovation point in education policies and major-related trends,to locate possible changes in teaching for innovation,to develop creative thinking and personality in a semi-immersion environment based on Feynman Technique,and to realize a creative breakthrough in tasks.Presumably,higher vocational school teachers’creativity competence should include the creative teaching ability.
