中小学教师家庭教育指导的困境与突破 被引量:4

摘要 当前,迫切需要提升中小学教师家庭教育指导能力,因为中小学缺乏专业的家庭教育师资;教师是“让家庭教育功能和价值回归”的“主角”;教师家庭教育指导能力关系到我国建设高质量教育体系。从实践层面看,目前教师在开展家庭教育指导工作时面临一些困境:教师对家庭教育指导的目标和内容界定模糊不清;教师家庭教育专业知识结构不完整;教师家庭教育能力训练的实践不够等。解决这些问题需要从四个方面改进:职前职后一体化的家庭教育课程学习;家庭教育骨干教师要聚焦在家庭教育课程研发的能力;以问题为中心,注重家庭教育案例的教研;建立教师家庭教育指导工作的可操作化评价体系。 At present,there is an urgent need to improve the primary and secondary school teachers’ability of guiding family education,because teachers with this professional knowledge are lacking in primary and secondary schools.Teachers are supposed to play the‘leading role’in the return of the function and value of family education;The teachers’ability in guiding home education is related to the construction of high quality education system in China.From the perspective of practice,at present,teachers are faced with some difficulties in carrying out family education guidance:the goal and connotation of family education guidance are ambiguous;The professional knowledge structure is incomplete;The practice of training is not enough.To solve these problems,four aspects need to be improved:pre-service and post-service integrated family education curriculum;a focus on family education curriculum development by core teachers;problem-based family education case teaching research;and an operational evaluation system for home education guidance.
