中小学校长培训课程需求调研报告--基于武汉市的实证分析

摘要 培训课程设计是影响中小学校长培训有效性的关键因素。为进一步增强中小学校长培训的针对性和实效性,提升校长培训获得感,结合武汉市中小学校长培训课程开设的实际,通过问卷调查、座谈调研等方式,在全面把握武汉市小学、初中、高中校长的培训课程方面需求的基础上,分析研究,提出新时代背景下校长培训要以“以人为本”取向确立课程目标、以实践导向优化课程结构、以系统思想完善课程模块、以多样化方式推进课程实施等课程改进的对策建议。 Training course system design is the critical factor that affects the effectiveness of training of primary and secondary school principals.In order to further enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of the training,and improve the principals’sense of acquisition,the author carried out a large range of questionnaire investigation and symposium survey,and analyzed the training course demand of principals of primary schools,junior high schools and high schools in Wuhan comprehensively.Combining with the actual situation of Wuhan primary and secondary school principal training courses,some countermeasures and suggestions are proposed,such as establishing people-oriented curriculum objectives,optimizing the curriculum towards a practice-oriented structure,perfecting the curriculum modules with the systematic thought,and promoting the curriculum implementation in various ways.
