摘要
现代高校书院制是对中国传统书院制和西方住宿学院制的传承、扬弃和创新,但鲜有在国际学生群体中的实践案例。在理论和实践层面对国际学生书院制育人模式进行了有益探索和尝试:一方面在理论上汲取了中外书院制育人理念的精髓,通过对国际学生群体在培养目标、培养对象、培养途径等方面所具有独特性的分析,阐述了实施书院制育人模式的必要性、可行性以及存在的优势和挑战;另一方面,在实践中探索了国际学生书院制的组织架构和实践创新,将中国文化因素和国际化特色融入日常实践中,着力于国际学生“人格完善、知识提升、能力培养、文化包容”的引导与教育。
The modern college system is the inheritance,sublation and innovation of Chinese traditional academy system and western residential college system,but there are few practical cases in international student groups.On the one hand,it draws on the essence of Chinese and foreign academy education ideas.Through the analysis of the unique characteristics of international student groups in the aspects of training objectives,trainees and training methods,this paper expounds the necessity,feasibility and existence of the academy education mode for international students.On the other hand,it explores the organizational structure and practical innovation of the academy system of international students in practice,integrates Chinese cultural factors and international characteristics into daily practice,and focuses on the guidance and education of“personality improvement,knowledge promotion,ability cultivation and cultural inclusion”of international students.
